The Lunar Eclipse
Well, did everyone check out the eclipse?? We did and I wasn’t overly excited about it but it pretty cool. I did manage to get a picture, however, it’s not too clear. If you recall, in an earlier post, I mentioned that Toby is my weatherman and happens to love anything involving the sky so of course he’s gonna have his telescope out! I have to say, it was a nice family moment. All of us sitting outside together, checking out the stars.
Not much else new right now. I’ve been SUPER busy this week and I still have to finish writing my guest blogger post:D Yep, I’m a guest blogger..woohoo! Tyler has a track meet Friday. He’s excited about the new bus. It has those pop-up tvs or built in dvds or something like that. Anyways, I guess it’s a cool bus. I’m kinda glad that way he’s not tempted to take his own dvd player and risk the chance of it getting stolen. I forgot what events he’s doing but he’s excited about them all. I hope he does well.
I hope you all had a chance to glance at the eclipse at least! Sorry for the blurry photo but I was trying to get as close as possible and having no light doesn’t help!

i believe the eclipse was visible from the entire US. We could see it for the first half hour or so, and then the clouds took over and we never got to see the orange moon.
