A Cowboy’s Wife

My Internet has been off since Thursday, lunchtime and talk about ready to hurt someone.  Apparently, the credit card I had on file was expired.  Did I receive phone calls?  NO!  Did I receive email notifications? NO!  Did I receive snail mail notifications? NO!  And do you know how long that haven’t received payment due to my expired credit card? 2 months!  Are you freakin’ kidding me!  I realize it’s my responsibility to make sure my bills are paid but when I have things on automatic billing, sometimes I forget that I need to update my credit card.  I still should have received some kind of notice and am furious that they can cut it off in 2 seconds but it takes a day and half to turn it back on.  Wildblue idiots. 

Okay, my rant is over.  I’m finally back online and can now update all my blogs and read all 300 emails and read through over 200 updates in my google reader.  BTW, I was able to get some housework done due to Internet downtime.  Who’d a thunk it!

On a lighter side, I’m glad everyone got a kick out of my J LO post!  I read some funny comments myself so I gotta good laugh as well:) 

Tyler has been sick and out of school all week due to a severe sinus infection.  I finally had to take him to the hospital Thursday night because of his 106′ fever.  They loaded him with antibiotics, gave him a shot in the butt, and filled him with fluids.  He’s 100% better than what he was and I’m glad! 

Now, I’ve got posts to write and forums to visit.  When I’m done, maybe I’ll get to sit back in our home theater chairs and watch a good ol’ tear jerker!  Okay, well maybe my sofa since I don’t have those kind of chairs or a home theater.  Catch ya’ll on the flip side!  Oh, I have a new header coming soon on my cooking blog.  It’s not exactly what I had in mind but I figured I’d change it since someone bought that other design that looks like mine.
