OMG! I just won $200 from Winningtheweb.com’s crazy contest!!! WOOHOO!!! I can’t believe I won such a huge amount! It just goes to show you that pariticpating in contests can reap big rewards Thank you Gyutae for the awesome contest and the awesome cash prize from Bidvertiser.

A new handbag to giveaway! Well, not yet. I’ll decide once I hear some opinions. I read some where that people are getting tired of giveaways on blogs. How do you all feel about them? Do I do too many? BE HONEST! For the record, I don’t email the winners and I’ll tell you why. I give away prizes as a reward for being my reader, plain and simple. Darren from Problogger.net asked us the ”Why I blog” question and wanted the answer via video. If you don’t read my BWC blog, you can see mine and the others who participated at his blog. Had I known it was gonna be seen on his blog with thousands of readers, I would have fixed myself up more and been a little more creative.

LURKERS ALERT! Having those ‘mybloglog & blogcatalog’ widgets allow me to see who’s been to my blog and I notice I have many lurkers out there who don’t comment here. I’m curious as to why you don’t comment? I would love to hear your thoughts and opinions on what ever’s on your mind so please, stop lurking and speak up!

Okay, this post ended up in a big ramble didn’t it?! I’m still looking for ideas for my man’s birthday. Someone privately mentioned a chemise…..hmmmm, I think he would like what’s underneath better!

I think the giveaways are great! I don’t participate unless it’s just leave a comment kinda thing because I don’t really have time. You know me……..I like the easy ones! LOL

I’ve been a subscriber for a few weeks now, and I’m probably one of those “lurkers” you’re talking about! ) I don’t comment a lot because I don’t have a ton of time and I read a lot of blogs. I’m a mom of 2 from CA and reading blogs is my “escape” so to speak. I enjoy getting glimpses of peoples’ lives different (yet w/some similarities to mine). But I enjoy your pictures and I applaud your weight loss quest. And to be honest, giveways-IMHO-are very cool. And, I will try to comment more! ) (Sorry for the ramble!)

Sweet! It’s always fun to win! I’m having another contest for BPA water bottles over at my blog. I have to get to your other blogs Lori and hear how the weight loss is coming. The two headed cow freaked me out but I’m back! LOL!

Are they nuts!!!!???? Blog giveaways and contests are the BEST! I’m a new reader and not very experienced with blogging but it looks like I could learn a lot here from you! I envy your web-blog-sophistication! I’m in awe! I’m lucky to log on and it took me 10 minutes just to figure out how to reply to this post! DUH. Well, hopefully, with you as my inspiration I’ll take the bull by the horns and get on the blog band wagon soon!

Hey there Tanya! I’m glad to you see comment and moving away from the lurker title…LOL. I, too, like to read other blogs that are so different from mine. It’s the only way I’ll probably ever experience that sort of living. I appreciate you checking out my weightloss journey! I weigh in tomorrow!
