
Yesterday was a bad day. Being it was my man’s birthday, we had that good cream cheese danish that I posted on my food blog, then we ate at the truck stop (our closes food joint), and we had tortillas. Oh gosh, what have I done
I worked out longer this morning and I cleaned house for 2 straight hours without any sort of break! It’s been water all day and 1 snack.
I hope I didn’t screw things up with that one day. I guess we will see on Friday huh? I’ll be weighing in with video in hand so you can see what I see. Keep your fingers crossed!!

today i ate an overly fatty meal..won’t say what because it’s embarrassing. i think i got my treadmill belt sorted out now so maybe i can get back on it. but both my girls are sick and i haven’t been feeling all that well myself. i was going to do a weigh in soon, but considering that i haven’t exercised and changed in weight, i’ll wait another week. i’m going to FORCE myself on that treadmill LOL

Hey, just because you’re working on getting healthier doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy life! No guilt allowed! Of course that’s easier said than done because I’m sitting here telling you that and I just ate a breakfast burrito, but I won’t beat myself up over it if you won’t. I will start my program back on Friday of this week 4/11 after we took a two week break. According to the doctor’s scales I have lost some more after my last weigh in at the city so I’m excited! We’re gonna loose this together girl!
