MY 5 Favorite Baby Must-Haves
Over the weekend, my lovely sister-in-law’s paid a visit with their ever so darling baby girls. I sat back watching and thinking about what would be handy to have at that particular moment. Oh how I wish I could show you the pictures of these beautiful girls but I didn’t ask permission to post them here so I won’t;)
I could have made this a list quite long because there are so many wonderful baby products out there but I tried to keep it to a minimum.
- Dr. Brown’s Bottles ~ For those who don’t breastfeed, these are excellent bottles! Definitely my absolutely favorite baby bottle.
- Baby Monitor! ~ You’ve got to have a baby monitor or else you’ll never get anything done! If you can afford one with a camera, that’s even better but just the plain ol’ ones work wonderfully in easing your mind a bit.
- Stroller with cup holder & infant carrier ~ What? You gotta have a cup holder! These are wonderful and to be able to just snap that infant carrier in and out is AWESOME:)
- Pack-n-play ~ Oh how I love these things. I really love the ones that have the little bassinet/changing table combined with them. Portable and functional..what more can you ask for?
- Baby bedding ~ Yes, how materialistic of me huh! But I just loved seeing my little cowpoke sleeping in his cute lil’ western baby set. Got to have the sheets and mattress protector to boot!
I’m sure you’re gonna chime in what your favorite baby items are so lets hear it!

Cool thing about Dr. Brown’s bottles…they have glass ones! So old school, so hard to find, and BPA-free so what’s not to love about that? Cool list. Love to see pics of the cuties when and if they arrive!

My kids are 6 and 4 and I still use a baby monitor–definitely a must! I love the boppy, a swing, and Baby Einstein videos.
Don’t forget a baby wipe warmer!

I have a few of these but several I don’t. I love the One Click plugin. That looks like a real time saver! I like Comment relish too!

Saw your post and was inspired to think of what my 5 desert island baby must -haves would be. Here’s what I came up with:
Boppy or Nursing Pillow — can’t blog and nurse at the same time without it!
Baby Sling or Wrap — hands free at the grocery store is a blessing
Baby Bouncer — for those newborn months when they’re so fragile
Quilted and Crocheted Baby Blankets — once they’re rolling around on the floor working those muscles! (Guess that’s my version of materialism, I heart the handmade stuff on etsy.com!)
Almond Oil — if I could have nothing else, this alone would do the trick for moisturizing, massage, and rash prevention
I guess it would be kind of sad to only have 5 things for baby, wouldn’t it? Maybe I just like the idea of imagining myself on a desert island with my baby. Or maybe I just want to go to the beach!
