Armadillo for Supper

BWUAHAHAHAHAHA…Just kiddin’! Or am I?? LOL

So my husband caught this armadillo yesterday for my son to check out. He’s caught some before but this was the first time little man got to see one up close! Anyways, I just wanted to share pics with your for those who have never seen one up close. So, is it a female I guess??? You tell me!

    I remember once as a little girl we had an armadillo stuck under over car. It refused to come out – I think it was scared. Growing up in TX we saw armadillos every once in a while.

    Great pics. I’ve never seen an armadillo alive before, but we are living in California and have only ever seen the dead ones on the side of the road when we’ve gone back to visit my Grandma in Atlanta…

  9. wow cool road kill lol i here there good eating as well but i would not know if thay realy do or not but i do know thay make neice boots i had some when i was a kid and well my boots came from texas. as to ever seeing one i olny seen them in the zoo and in books and one time on the side of the road when i was down in texas visting all my family :) i’m what you call a longhorncobbie (lol)
