Back for a Bit to Show Off Our Snow

If you don’t already know, I have had some major computer problems.  We had to do a full restore, then reinstall windows manually, and now a technician will be coming out becaue NONE of those worked.

I had some great Thanksgiving pictures to show you guys but they were lost during the full restore…sorry ’bout that.  I DO have some snow pictures.  We got about 7″ of snow here last night and this morning so while I was out cleaning off the satellite, I thought I’d take a couple of snapshots:)

Before I show you the pics, I want to thank EVERYONE for the their kinds words regarding the fire at my brother-in-law’s place.  They did get it under control and nothing was harmed.  THANK YOU!

As you can see, you can’t see out too far. It really was a much prettier site than the normal desert layout;)
O Christmas tree, O Christmas tree! We were gonna get a real tree this year but decided against it.
Our coon dog’s paw print:)

That looks really cold!! I love the look of a new blanket of snow on the ground, I just don’t like the temperature!! :) I love the coon dog print in the snow!! Great pictures. Hope you get your computer up and running again.

I hope so too! I can only surf for a few minutes before my computer decides to crash, then I have to restart and do it all over again.

I liked the coon paw print too:) Thanks for stopping by..when I get up and running smoothly, I’ll be back to visit!

You’re so funny! You should see people around these parts when we get some. They act like crazy people. They stock up on food, drive like maniacs, and it’s all they talk about on the news..lamos:)

That snow looks so cool (no pun intended! lol)
Down here we got a dusting that melted about 30 minutes after hitting the ground, but it was still fun.

Glad to hear everything turned out alright with the fire. :)

Even after living in Buffalo, NY (lake effect snow sucks) for four long winters, I find snow to be rather romantic. The last two winters in Missouri we haven’t gotten enough snow to play in even once, but we get the cold. No fair.

    Your photos turned out awesome.

    Keep warm.

That’s usually what the snow does ’round here..visits for an hour or so, then leaves. And thank you…I was glad the fire did no harm to nothing or no one.

Lori, somehow I missed your post about the fire and I’m just now reading about it. Glad everyone is OK!
I like your snow pictures, especially the close-up of the tree. I think it would make a nice Christmas card.
