Before I Knew How to Cook

Thank heavens for my grandmother and my mom.  Without their recipes and tips over the phone, I would have never done this.  For the record, I was 17.

Looks yummy! The first time, and only time, I made Thanksgiving dinner wasn’t until I was 22! I still had to call my mom about 20 times that day.

Your first Thanksgiving dinner at 17? I’m impressed! and it looks really good. I bet everyone enjoyed it and ate until they were stuffed.

  13. Kristina says:

I cooked my first Thanksgiving dinner last year. My mother in law was so impressed that I’d done it all myself, because she never cooks… she just gets it catered from a deli if they do have Thanksgiving dindin @ home.

That’s a mighty delish lookin’ spread by the way ;)
