A Cowboy’s Wife

I hope everyone had a wonderful Independence day!  We didn’t do much really, just hung out as a family and cooked out.  I also officially unpacked and tossed out all the moving boxes from the move.  Yeah I know, it took me forever but it’s done finally!

I also made a ton of changes after lots of thinking.  I appreciate everyone’s feedback and support on the merging topic.  I have decided to just go back to separate blogs.  I also have a hired hand to maintain my blog’s backend.  This will allow me to not have to fiddle with all the updates, etc and allow for more time with mi familia.

Blogging with Cents is back up.  Cowgirl Critiques is a review blog and is running.  All Chick Stuff will be up by tonight.   I would love to have some authors post once a week on Blogging with Cents & All Chick Stuff.  If you are interested in a weekly position, email me at lori at thecowboyshack dot com with editor in the subject.  Tell me which blog interests you and a link to your own blog if you have one.

Does anyone of know of a good program to blog from one place???  Please let me know.

Hmmm, what else……………..Oh, the other day, my husband bought me $5 lottery scratch off ticket.  I won $50 bucks with it.  I took that $50 and cashed it in.  I spent $30 on gas and $20 on more scratch offs.  I only won $10.  I took that $10 yesterday and bought a $5, 2-$2, and a $1 scratch off and guess what I won?……….. $103.00!!! WOOHOO:)  $100 on the $5 ticket, $2 on the 2 ticket and 1 on the 1 dollar ticket!!  Man, is the luck with me or what!  I guess not so much because what I really wanted was to win the Blogher freebie prize and I didn’t.  I’m sad and I want to cry:(  I just hope who ever won is grateful.

Well, I guess that’s it for now.  Sorry for all the back and forth changes but this is it.  That’s my story and I’m stickin’ to it!
