March Food Challenge

Posted on

February’s Food Challenge received 18 entries, all of which looked absolutely delicious!  While most made a dessert of some sorts, there were some that didn’t like the  Country Collard Greens and Cumin Scented Basmati Rice.

But there can only be one winner in the monthly food challenge and February’s winner is………. Maiah with her Snickerdoodle Cake, which happens to also be Vegan friendly!  Maiah won a $100 eGift Code to Cooking.com which I’m sure she’ll be able to put good use to.

MARCH FOOD CHALLENGE

The theme for March y’all, is GREEN! Ooooh, this could be so many things from green food coloring to spinach and it’s all in honor of the fun St. Patrick’s Day!  The recipe you submit has to have something green in it.

Deadline for this food challenge is March 29th (about 11pm CST), one day before my 35th birthday!  You can READ ALL THE FOOD CHALLENGE RULES HERE, and please do read them.

Oh, green sounds like so much fun! But because I’ve just recently received two sets of cookware (one as a gift and one for review) I’m not going to enter this month so someone who really could use this can win!

Good luck all and I look forward to checking out your recipes!

I can delete it and you can reenter it if you like. Let me know if that’s what you want me to do.
