I picked let's say 20 smileys I liked from the folders I send you last time. Smileys on WP have names such as "icon_biggrin" etc. I just renamed the smileys I liked (the new one), put everything in a folder and upload via FTP. It replaced the old smileys since they have the same name. That's the easier way to do it... If you want to add more smileys, it's too complicated for me ! Basically, I replaced my existing smileys with the new ones.
