The aisles are packed full and there is not an employee in sight. My store is playing their favorite holiday trick again, overcharging and charging waaaay more than the shelf price. Saturday I was charged $7.44 for a $1 two-liter bottle of 7-up. I should have known to watch each item scan. When I called the store back they wanted me to drive another 40 mile round trip to return the 7-up for my refund. They could have easily verified that the 7-up was scanning too high and sent me a refund. I'll be doing all my holiday shopping elsewhere. I also e-mailed wal-mart and no response. How's that for customer service? I'll spend my money where customer exists. BE CAREFUL when shopping at Wal-mart.
