Who loves REESE’S!!!! HOLLA!!! REESE’S Peanut Butter Cups are something I’ll actually drive 20 miles to buy just to get my ‘fix’. I was thrilled to participate in the REESE’S Baking Bracket Challenge because I LOVE REESE’S! With all the exciting HOOPlah (<–teehee) of the college basketball games, REESE’S wanted to make it easier for you to find some delicious treats to make so you can enjoy more time rooting your team on vs baking!
I wanted to make something that wasn’t messy, easy to bake, and big enough to eat for all even the biggest basketball hands! Say hello to the BENCHWARMERS! I love watching all the talented athletes hoop it up on the court, but I also have an appreciation for the ‘benchwarmers’ who dedicate so much time and hard work to help make the team great, but don’t always get as much play time.

A HUGE, no-mess REESE'S cookie that hands of all sizes will LOVE!
- 2 sticks butter or margarine, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
- 3 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 10 oz bag of REESE'S PIECES Candies
- 2 packages of the 12 snack size REESE'S Peanut Butter Cups
- Preheat oven to 350’. Using a mixer, cream butter and sugars until well combined. Add eggs and vanilla until well combined.
- In another bowl combine flour, baking soda and salt; slowly add dry ingredients to your wet ingredients.
- Fold in REESE’S PIECES Candies.
- Using #40 ice cream scoop (or divide dough into 48 equal balls), take one scoop of cookie dough and place on bottom of each REESE’S Peanut Butter Cup. Take another scoop of dough and place on top of each REESE’S Peanut Butter Cup. Seal edges together by pressing and cupping in hand until REESE’S Peanut Butter Cup is enclosed in cookie dough.
- Place each cookie onto a silpat lined baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes or until cookies are done. Let cool before moving to cooling rack. Enjoy!
