Sitting Back and Observing

I’ve been blogging a while now and I’ve seen how people work and what their true motives/intentions are. Heck, I’ve even watched myself go from this, to that, to this……….
It really bothers me when people think you are so naive that you won’t see through their actions, especially if you were like them at one time. Or when they think you can’t just put “it” together.
I may not have some fancy degree but I’m not stupid. I may be less informed at times but I would rather ask how to do it or what it means than act like I know it all.
And if you truly want to help people, then prove it and help a friend–Pro Bono
And just because I sit back and smile politely doesn’t mean I’m clueless…………..
This is my mini rant for hopefully the rest of the year but I doubt it……what I really find funny about writing these, is who will think it’s directed towards them.

I am often more like an observer too and even when I do open my mouth and step up, I do it rather for someone else than for me, and many people don’t understand why I would raise my voice if I personally am not that passionate about the subject. But I am passionate about giving the helping hand when needed, even if it means lending my voice.
I am so proud to be your friend Lori, and I have a huge respect for you, and if anyone thinks you are clueless, they are pretty clueless – that person is pretty clueless of who you really are.

Lori, I admire you and your obvious talent for blogging, writing, and photography. Education doesn’t equal talent. There are people with education without talent. My father-in-law only had an eighth grade education but was a very intelligent man, talented in his field of work, and at the end of his career he was the superintendent at his job.
Also, for many years I have been praying for God’s wisdom in everything I do (being a wife, mother, even as a blogger, etc) because I know I have no wisdom of my own and need God’s wisdom to direct me.
God has blessed you with your talent! You care about other people and have a tender heart. Put all of those things together and that’s worth a lot!

Seriously speaking, attempted belittlement and pushing over top my ultimate list of pet peeves!!! And yes I’ll admit to checking the dictionary to make sure belittlement was a word!
