Emily’s Entry into January’s Food Challenge

  • 1 lb Ground Turkey Meat
  • 1 Cup Crushed Corn Flakes
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 6 Tbsp Hot Sauce
  • 1 Box Pasta (14.5 oz or 1 lb)
  • 1 Jar Pasta Sauce
  • 1/4 Cup Water
  • Parmesan Cheese (optional)

Preheat oven to 350.

In medium pot cook pasta according to directions.

In medium bowl mix ground turkey meat, crushed corn flakes, honey, and 3 Tbsp hot sauce. Mix well. Place in 1 inch round balls in to pie pan. Pour the water in the bottom of the pie pan, so the meatballs will not burn. Place in oven and cook for 30 minutes or until done.

Once pasta is done, drain. Add jar of pasta sauce and 3 Tbsp hot sauce. Mix well.

Put a good amount of pasta on plate, and add meatballs on top. Sprinkle with Parmesan.
