He would not eat it. Instead he went outside to eat Ol’Roy. Anyways, here is what Walmart had to say…….

“We know how important dogs are to every family that has them, and we know about the importance of keeping them happy and healthy. We want to find out a little more about what you look for when you shop for dog food. We want to know what is most important to you and what helps you take the best care of your dog. Please provide us feedback on this topic by taking this quick 5 minute multiple choice survey. Thanks!”

Take the survey here!

Disclosure: Walmart provided compensation for my efforts to create this post. Opinions are mine, always have been, always will be.

Have I showed you guys my new little dog? Meet Rambo! He’s a long haired Chihuahua who loves, actually, he prefers to be outside ALL the time which means I have to worry about ticks!

I know many of you folks take your dogs to the vet to get their flea & tick medicine but there are many that don’t, including myself. It’s so expensive. I mean, you have to pay for the vet visit and the medicine, which can run you over $100 quickly.

When Walmart asked me if I wanted my pets to give their new flea & tick medicine line (PetArmor Plus) a try, I definitely said yes. I googled Frontline Plus, the competitor, and learned about the ingredients so I’d know how it compared to the new PetArmor Plus that you can find at Walmart for much less. I believe it’s less than $30 for 3 applications which completely affordable. I also chatted with a vet about the product and learned some really cool things but I wanted to share the charts with you so you can see that PetArmor Plus has the same ingredients.

We had applications for both our dogs and our cats. We applied the treatments to all of them, on the same day.

It’s that easy! We were done in less than a minute. The product takes 18-24 hours to work but we noticed it working MUCH faster. We could see the ticks that were currently on Rambo start to fall off. It’s been working great and we are 3 days from applying the second application. It’s important to do it on time so that it keeps working effectively. Once the product is applied and dry, it doesn’t come off. I’ve got some happy dogs now!

I’m really happy they came out with this product that fits into my budget and is completely comparable to the other brand. I’ll admit, I’ve never used flea & tick medicines like these because of cost so I’m glad I can now.
