Along with our string of bad luck lately, we were also welcomed with a nice thunderstorm. Now every time we move, and I mean EVERY time we move, it always rains! Isn’t that weird? Anyways, this move was no exception and there was lots of lightning going on all around us for the entire night. This also happens to be the reason as to why I don’t have fast Internet yet….they were having to make service calls after the severe storm.
Anyways, I’m used to these kinds of storms because I grew up with them but my son hasn’t experienced this type yet and was terrified of a tornado coming. This town has had plenty of tornados but I didn’t tell him that;)
I did catch a picture..not a great one but it’ll do I reckon. I hope they come and install that speedy stuff soon because I’m going crazy not being able to chat and do more with everybody. Fingers crossed people!!!

My husband loves thunderstorms but I must confess I’m not very fond of them. My kids are really afraid of them.

I miss those storms, they can get pretty intense. I don’t miss the tornados though. Especially the one that barely missed mom when it bounced over the apartment. Anyway, I thought I would say, Hello.

Ugh. I hate that kind of intense storm. My son loves them. I don’t know what has been up with the tornadoes lately, though. Recently, one tore up a town in New Mexico that had never been hit before.

WOW!! That is some hum-dinger! I love thunder storms now that I’m up in the moutains, but I grew up in a flood plain and I was always terrified we’d float away (once we almost did!).
