- 6-8 slices of bacon, cooked crispy and diced
- 2 8oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 4-6 Jalapenos, deseeded and chopped
- 1 cup fiesta blend cheese, (I buy great value)
- ½ cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup crushed ritz crackers
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese, (in the can, not the bag)
- ½ stick butter, melted
- Combine the first 6 ingredients into a bowl and stir well.
- Transfer to an oven safe casserole dish.
- For the Topping: In a small bowl, combine crushed crackers, parmesan cheese, and melted butter. Stir well. Pour on top of dip.
- Bake at 350' until all is melted, about 20 minutes, give or take. Serve with Ritz crackers.
