- 1 15oz can of Pumpkin
- 1 tub Cool whip
- 1 4.6oz box of Vanilla Pudding, it's the larger box
- In truth, I actually only used half a can of pumpkin. If you use all of it, then I recommend using a larger tub of cool whip but either way, I think it will be fine.
- Combine first three ingredients. Make sure to use the pudding mix DRY.
- Sprinkle with pumpkin pie spice and serve with graham crackers, vanilla wafers, or best of all, ginger snaps! I also think some apple slices would be good with this as well. Be sure and keep refrigerated when not serving.
