- 1 chocolate cake mix
- 2 eggs, I might try one egg next though, to make it more fudgy.
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1 stick unsalted butter, (1/2 cup)
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- ⅓ cup honey
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream
- 2 cups Fisher Nuts Chopped Pecans
- Preheat oven to 350'. Mix the cake mix, eggs, and melted butter together and pour in cake pan. Bake for 10 minutes.
- While cake is baking, you'll prepare the pie topping. Combine butter, brown sugar, honey, and heavy cream in saucepan. Stir over medium heat and simmer for a minute or so then stir in pecans.
- Immediately pour the pie topping over the brownie batter. Put back into oven for another 10 minutes or until done.
- Allow to cool completely. Use a sharp knife to cut.
