Ice-Box Fruit Cake

  • 1 lb. graham crackers, crushed
  • 1 lb. small marshamllows
  • 1 lb. Fisher Nuts Chopped Pecans
  • 1 bottle of maraschino cherries
  • 8 oz. whipping cream
  • 1 lb. dates, chopped
  • 1 box coconut (or about 12 oz or so)
  1. heat cream and cherry juice.
  2. Put in marshmallows and dissolve over low heat, stirring constantly.
  3. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
  4. Form into loaves or a roll and wrap in wax paper.
  5. Let chill at least an hour. Slice and serve.
