Lemon Cake Cookies

Ingredients
  • 1 box lemon cake mix
  • 2 eggs
  • ⅓ cup vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon lemon extract
  • ⅓ cup confectioners' sugar
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375'
  2. Mix cake mix with eggs, oil and lemon extract until well blended.
  3. Drop dough by the spoonfuls into a cowl of confectioners' sugar.
  4. Roll them around until they're lightly covered.
  5. Place on an ungreased cookie sheet.
  6. Bake 6-9 minutes, til golden.
