I’ve got some recipes planned for next week that will include photos!! I know that’s what you’ve been waiting for:) I will also be announcing the winner of the cookbook on Monday or so, so be sure to get entered! I will be incorporating some more health food tips and ideas since I’m on a weightloss journey. I think eating healthy benefits everyone and I will be actually making things that are good! I can’t stand healthy food that tastes like crap. If you have any other suggestions on things you want to see here, please feel free to leave a comment and tell me about them.

Here are this week’s four questions.
#1. American cheese. Sliced fresh or prepackaged processed cheese product?
PREPACKED!! I’m waaaay too lazy to cut it slice by slice. I’m a fan of Borden Singles:)
#2. What is your favorite cracker?
I’m a huge fan of crackers so this one is hard. I LOVE those buttery club crackers but can we count Cheese Nips?? LOL….those are my faves, those and goldfish!!!
#3. What hot breakfast cereal do you like? Think oatmeal, farina, grits, etc.
I LOVE Malt-o-Meal!!!!! OMG, that’s some good stuff. In fact, I could eat it all day. I’m a big fan of oatmeal too but it doesn’t last around here;)…not with 3 kids.
#4. Share a recipe that uses corn.
POOR FOLKS GOULASH
- Hamburger meat
- green beans
- tomato sauce
- shells (pasta)
Cook hamburger meat, add remaining ingredients, cover with water, and cook until shells are done! EASY MAN!!! Just use as much or little as you need.
