Thanksgiving Leftovers – Cranberry Turnovers Recipe

By A Cowboy's Wife | November 27, 2013

I can almost guarantee that, like us, you always have cranberry sauce leftover from your Thanksgiving feast!  These Cranberry Turnovers are the perfect way to use what’s left of your cranberry sauce after Thanksgiving or for any other time of the year!

Cranberry Turnovers

I used crescent rolls but you could use any puff pastry or even canned biscuits!  I just happen to have some extra cans of the crescent rolls which is why I went with them.   When I went to Walmart to stock up on groceries, I got a little carried away!  I bought lots of extras of cornbread, cranberry sauce, cream soups, etc.  Anyways, these ended up being pretty large so you could possible even split one with a family member.  Each can made 4 large turnovers and the mixture used, would be enough to make at least 4 cans, maybe 5.
