Loaded Cream Cheese Corn Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3 cans of Whole Kernel Corn
  • (8 oz.) of Cream Cheese
  • 1 stick of Butter
  • ½ a cup of Milk
  • 1 packet of dry Ranch Mix
  • 1 Cup of Bacon (crumbled)
  • 1 Cup of Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • Sour Cream (topping)
  • Green Onions (topping)
Instructions
  1. Start by draining your cans of corn and placing them in your skillet.
  2. Add in your dry ranch mix.
  3. Slice up your butter and cream cheese and add it to your skillet.
  4. Add in milk.
  5. Cook on high until cream cheese and butter is melted.
  6. Let sit to thicken.
  7. Add in bacon and shredded cheese.
  8. Top with sour cream and green onions if desired.
  9. Serve and enjoy!
