Aa a cowboy’s wife, you’d think I’d be this enthusiastic carnivore, right? Those that know me well, know that I LOVE ground beef and things like chicken fry, but steaks? Well….it’s actually not a favorite of mine. I can’t even describe how mouthwatering and heavenly these cuts of beef are. Perfect portions. Perfect marbling. Perfect flavor.
