iMac’s Photobooth

By A Cowboy's Wife | April 22, 2010

I love my iMac and will write about it more in detail soon. It’s worth every cent and I don’t miss PC at all. Anyways, it comes with so many cool things but my favorite at the moment is Photobooth. It’s like you are in a real photobooth and once you click the red button, you have seconds to strike a pose. I used it on my food blog to share me eating and today, I’m sharing a photo of me and Truett, and of just me. Truett loves it too by the way. I have to pry him away and say no more photos!

We had just gotten done eating popscicles and thought we’d have a little fun.  and No makeup…ew.  Sorry ’bout that!!

Oh, I LOVE my iMac. Be sure you’re backing up the photos: My last one had a total hard drive failure after two years. After a very expensive data recovery , the Apple Store set about repairing it. Something went wrong in the repair shop (I think they “accidentally” dropped it), and they couldn’t repair it. Anyway, the Apple store gave me a brand new, faster, bigger, widescreen iMac to replace the old one. I didn’t even have to pay for the failed hard drive replacement.

If you figure out how to use iWeb for real life blogging, let me know!

    Congrats on the iMac!

I’m a long time Mac lover and owner. I don’t have a new iMac, but my Mom does and they are gorgeous.

Yep, my kids are the same way. I have to practically pull them away from it. Hard to get work done on it (ok, so it’s not really ) when all they want to do is take funny pics of themselves. I love the fact that they aren’t posing for the pics though so their natural fun side comes shining through.
