Well, at least *I* think so anyways! Not near as cute as my mom though. I sure do miss my long hair. For those that never believed me, told ya I had naturally straight hair.
Me and Truett spent some time out in our storage room and found so many wonderful things that brought back memories. I saw quilts that Mamaw made, lovely photos of my grandmother, and even my report cards from when I was in elementary school. It was fun to reminisce but what it made me realize is that having that physical form of memories was something that I was lacking now and it made me want to do something about it. My mom would be a wonderful scrapbooker if she’d just take the time to it. I’m wondering if I pay her to do it, if she’ll take on the task. What a fun way to earn some cash right? Anyways, I found these three photos of me and thought I’d share. I can’t remember how old I was so maybe my mom will comment and tell me.
How do you guys capture the memories?

Oh you were adorable :) I love finding pictures of me and my sister when we were that young, and thankfully my mom got so many :)

Adorable, Lori! ;) I take lots of pictures. I started scrapbooks for my boys and plan to scrap thru their life. Though I do NOT spend alot of time on it. When I can get together w/ friends for several hours in one night I can knock out about 8 or more pages. I don’t get too crazy with all the scrapping options though (can’t afford it financially). Its less stressful I think to keep it simple but satisfying.
When the boys are old enough or maybe when I’m TOO OLD too hang on to the books ;) – they will get them…eventually, that is!

Your face hasn’t changed a bit, just as cute as can be.
I guess for me, my blog is like my scrapbook of memories. It has all of the photos, events and little things I never want to forget about my kids.

I am a scrapbooking fool. I’m also trying to cut back on all of the crap, but it’s hard to get rid of those things I’m so sentimental about.

Lori – You are just the cutest thing ever. I can’t stand it! Love that you shared these photos. I did that one time on my blog when both Kenzie and I had a similar picture of us both chowing down on corn on the cob at about the same age…. I should do it again! You always inspire me. Miss you lots. xoxo col
