February’s Food Challenge received 18 entries, all of which looked absolutely delicious! While most made a dessert of some sorts, there were some that didn’t like the Country Collard Greens and Cumin Scented Basmati Rice.
But there can only be one winner in the monthly food challenge and February’s winner is………. Maiah with her Snickerdoodle Cake, which happens to also be Vegan friendly! Maiah won a $100 eGift Code to Cooking.com which I’m sure she’ll be able to put good use to.

Oh, green sounds like so much fun! But because I’ve just recently received two sets of cookware (one as a gift and one for review) I’m not going to enter this month so someone who really could use this can win!
Good luck all and I look forward to checking out your recipes!
That snickerdoodle cake looks wonderful! Congratulations Maiah!
Hmmm, now to think of something for the March challenge of green….
I had the wrong pic upload, can it be changed. I have a much better pic of the pie on my blog.
I can delete it and you can reenter it if you like. Let me know if that’s what you want me to do.
I am so excited to see who won! I can’t wait for the April challenge
