Pringles Pumpkin Pie Spice and Cinnamon & Sugar

By A Cowboy's Wife | November 1, 2012

One of the fun things about Fall and the holidays, is getting to see all the new, seasonal flavors that come out.  Pringles are no exception either!  They’ve come out with the new Pringles Pumpkin Pie Spice and Pringles Cinnamon & Sugar.  I know what you’re thinking……

Sometimes it can be difficult to accept a new flavor when you’re so accustomed to the ‘regulars’.  At least that was my mindset when I opened these up but I was surprised, happily.  I first tried the Pringles Pumpkin Pie Spice.  I actually thought the flavor was more subtle than I expected.  I could definitely taste the pumpkin pie spice but it wasn’t so strong that it overpowered the chip as a whole.  It was a very nice flavor actually.   We all really liked this one.

The Pringles Cinnamon & Sugar was the one that I wasn’t too sure about.  The thought of a chip with sugar on it..well, my mind was made up at that thought, but, once I tried it, it was like an awesome treat!   The chip worked so well with the cinnamon & sugar. I was kinda surprised about it.  I think the flavors were stronger in this chip than the pumpkin pie spice but not so much that it was bothersome.  I thought it was a perfect blend actually.  My husband really liked them and of course they were a hit with Truett and Toby.   My friend Ollie tried them and thought they were good and said George Stephanopoulos liked them too when he tried them on GMA.  That’s six of us giving it a thumbs up so you know they gotta be good!

If you’ve tried them, share your thoughts.  These are limited for the season and worth a try.

I haven’t tried these.. and honestly.. I’m not big on the sweet/salty things like kettle corn etc.. I might have to give the cinnamon and sugar ones a try.. wonder if they have the same flavoring as a sopapilla? (yanno, I can’t spell, but that lovely cinnamon sugar tortilla dessert)?

I’ve looked at the Levelland and two Lubbock Walmarts and can’t find the cinnamon and sugar ones so I’m really disappointed!! I love cinnamon and sugar covered anything so I’m just busting to try them!!!! I did find the pumpkin spice and was pleasantly surprised too. They really were good.

I love Pringles – but thought the Cinnamon & Sugar were tasteless and a waste of money.
