Colder weather means more cuddling on the sofa, watching new and old movies. It’s also that time of year where Christmas classics start showing on TV and even though we still have a good while before then, I always enjoy seeing the classics. What is your favorite holiday movie?
I always loved Miracle on 34th Street. I loved everything about it and the whole ‘Believe’ storyline. Now having three boys, you’ll get a totally different answer. I’m pretty sure National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation ranks pretty high with them, although, A Christmas Story is a closer second. For the longest time, my husband wanted that leg lamp for the man cave. Oy. Anyways, I’d love to know what your favorites are ’cause maybe there’s one I haven’t seen or watched in a long time. I know it is not the most popular Christmas movie, but I always love to watch Borrowed Hearts! It has Roma Downey in it, the gal from Touched by an Angel. If you haven’t seen it, I highly recommend! :)

HEIDI with shirley temple is a christmas tradition in our home. we would gather around the tv with our hot cocoa on christmas morning and watch and wait for those famous words ” GRANDFATHER, GRANDFATHER” !! now with kids grown and gone i still make it a point to still watch it.

I am a movie nut .. love any kind of chick flick, action, scary, & comedy movie..favorite actors are Keanu Reeves, Johnny Depp, Leonardo Dicaprio, Matt Damon, Brad Pitt, Andrew McCarthy, Matthew McConaughey, etc :) My fave Christmas movie is Christmas Vacation .. so goofy! As far as TV shows go I like Big Bang Theory, Criminal Minds, old Cold Case reruns, Two and a Half Men, The Price is Right, Let’s Make A Deal, Dr Phil, & Judge Judy :)
