Before you know it, though, you’ll be turning 40 (march 30) and it’s something that is on your mind a lot more than you’d like it to be. Like many of you, I find submitting to my insecurities much easier than not. It shouldn’t be that way and frankly, I’m tired of it. So I’m telling my insecurities to back off!! And you should too!
It’s happened to all of us…laughing makes us tinkle, sneezing brings a gush, and jumping on the trampoline can open the Hoover Dam! I’ve had 3 kids so I totally know!! I once had a strong bladder but over the last 2 or 3 years, it’s weakened and I need all the help I can get. No shame in that y’all!
As I was walking through the aisle at the store, I was looking at the different options and was like, NO WAY.
