I’m addicted to stats so I’m very aware what brings in the people to my blog. It will also be this blog’s one
year “blogoversary” on October 1st. A blog that was created just for the heck of it has become one my most special blogs. I never expected for it to be as popular as it is and I’m grateful to all of you:)
So today, I thought I would share my most popular recipes. These are the ones that received many comments and the ones that are most commonly searched for.
1) Grandma’s Homemade Banana Pudding By far the most popular! My grandmother’s Banana Pudding from scratch. No instant type can compare to this.
2) Flour Tortillas This is my recipe, one that I make often. Handmade Flour Tortillas that melt in your mouth. Once you’ve had these, you won’t buy store bought anymore:)
3) Pineapple Upside Down Cake Nothing too special except I make the cake from scratch..not a store bought one.
4) Buttery Shrimp Scampi with Linguine This is one is so easy and fast! Great if you’re getting home late or tired and need a quick meal.
5) Mexi Meal Casserole Quck and easy meal.
6) Garlic-Zucchini Pasta This one came from mom. It’s very popular and super easy to make as well.
7) Carne Guisada Goes great with those handmade tortillas:) LOVE this stuff & it’s a family favorite.
8) Buttermilk Pie This so DOES NOT taste like buttermilk. It’s sweet and tastes like heaven! It’s my oldest son’s fave.
9) Cream Cheese Danish Impress your overnight guests with this breakfast treat.
10) Bacon Wrapped Stuffed with Cream Cheese Jalapenos Of course, always a favorite. Make twice as many as you think you will need….trust me;)
11) 5-Minute Mex-Tex Dip Great quick dip that can be made various ways according to taste!
13) 30-Minute Beef Stew in a Pressure Cooker Just as good as if it was cooked all day.
14) Flat Iron Steaks with Grilled Corn & Cumin-Lime Butter A man’s meal.
