Garlic Dill Red Potatoes

By A Cowboy's Wife | August 31, 2013

Labor Day weekend is here and boy do I gotta simple recipe for y’all.  Garlic Dill Red Potatoes!  These taters are packed full of flavor that makes you feel like you used fresh herbs from your garden.

Garlic Dill Red Potatoes

After enjoying a Friday evening hanging with good friends, dancing with my man, and lovin’ on Mel Tillis, we spent much of Saturday afternoon with our very good friends Shelby & Jason.   Shelby’s excitement in the kitchen inspired me to whoop up some food.  And thanks to her, we got two recipes done that will be perfect for your Labor Day festivities!

We used the Gourmet Garden Herbs & Spices.  These are pretty fantastic y’all!!!!  The are soooo fresh tasting and very flavorful.  You’ll find these at your local Walmart and I highly recommend you give them a try.

For this recipe, we used the Garlic Paste and Dill Paste.   All you’re doing is frying up some taters with fresh herbs but man does it make a difference what herb you use.  I had never used Dill in anything  so I was unsure how it would come out.  WE LOVED IT!  There were 6 of us here and all of us agreed that the potatoes were fantastic.

Hope you enjoy the recipe y’all, and Happy Labor Day. Be safe!

Thank you Shelby for all the help!
