Parmesan Herb Pasta

By A Cowboy's Wife | August 31, 2013

I’m all about simple recipes and this one is about as simple as you can get, and it’s just delicious!  This recipes comes from my friend Shelby, who got it from her mom.

Parmesan Herb Pasta

just like in the Garlic Dill Red Potatoes, I used Gourmet Garden’s Herbs & Spices. I’m sure Shelby’s mom uses fresh herbs but after she sees this, she may start the using them too.

Gourmet Garden Herbs & Spices are organic and affordable. You store them in the fridge and you can buy them at your local Walmart.

I don’t get to town often so having fresh herbs is not something I ever have on hand. Gourmet Garden has allowed me to have that option in paste form and I love it!

For this recipe, you can use any pasta type you want.  We thought Giada’s Fusilli Buco would be fun.  And instead of butter, you can lighten it by using olive oil. Since it was Labor day weekend, we wanted to indulge.

hope you guys enjoy! Thank you Shelby for sharing recipes and cooking with me!
