I’ve noticed that people today feel like they have to spend a lot or make their gift look big in hopes of pleasing the give-e. Since we buy a large portion of gifts from Walmart, we pay close attention to items other than electronics and toys, like apparel. Here are a few gift ideas for $10 or less that I found while shopping at my store.
Scarves for the ladies! There’s always a big selection and they keep coming out with some very pretty ones that sometimes even include gloves. I didn’t see any gloves that went with this particular scarf but it’s a great gift just by itself. You’ll find solids & prints and a couple of different textures to choose from.
How about the younger ladies? I found this CUTE Hello Kitty cap. It’s all glittered up and ready to wear. I don’t have any girls but I just know some little girl would love this!
Gifts that keep the feet warm are great for teachers, friends, postal workers, or me! SOOOO many styles and colors to choose from that you can’t go wrong. Most of these I found were under $5 bucks.
No, I didn’t forget about the guys. I found these work gloves that are perfect for the handyman or rancher in your life. The pair on the left are just under $10 and have great durability. I could see my husband using them while mending fence. The 6 pair on the right are around $6 bucks and awesome to wear for tons of things. This is a great guy gift for the neighbor, friend or something from kid to dad.
Ooohh, check out this dress shirt and tie I found for Truett! How cute is that and it’s in the $10 buck category!! There will be lots of little things happening in school or church where this could be worn. Truett loves new shirts!
Teen boys needs something too. This cinch bag is great for the kids and their gym clothes. I don’t know how many times I’ve seen kids carrying shorts in one hand and extra shoes in the other. All that will fit in here.
As you can see there are lots of gift ideas that don’t have to come from those other more expensive departments. You can find some great ideas in these sections. What are some of your favorite apparel type gifts?
