Fresh eggs are a huge part of our household. My FIL raises chickens and supplies with dozens of fresh eggs so I can appreciate this episode. I was wowed by the care he puts into caring for the chickens and it’s no wonder he’s called the Egg Man, and the best around at that. I love these videos! But who wouldnt love pasta??
Lasagna AND canederli.
My favorite is pasta with tomato, Italian style. It was served at the Hotel Lombardia in Monfalcone. I think it became a favorite, because I arrived at the hotel when the kitchen was just closing and the chef made this as a special favor for me.

There are so many! My family moved here from Italy in the 50’s.
I guess my favorite dish would be frittata.
But my favorite Italian treat which I only make once a year is pasta frolla. It’a a short Italian pastry made with Vermouth and apple jelly. And no, it’s not at all good for you!
Too many to choose from- but lasagna sounds yummy right now!
I love baked ziti!
Lasagna, spaghetti, stuffed shells, I could go on forever. I joke with my husband that I could eat pasta every day for every meal and be completely satisfied :)
