The ingredients are:
- Kraft Mac & Cheese, 7.25 oz
- Great Value Chicken Breast, 12.5 oz
- 5th Season Chili Powder
- Great Value Chunky Medium Salsa
- Betty Crocker Chocolate Chip Cookies
Because this week has been crazy, HOT, and exhausting, we went the way we used to eat it, only using the Kraft Mac & Cheese and Great Value Chicken Breast. Since I am trying to eat healthier, I chose to use Smart Balance Butter and 2% milk in my Mac & cheese vs the real butter and whole milk. Every little bit helps right?! I didn’t notice any difference at all so I think it was a smart move. Combined with Propel Zero, lunch was 250 calories (because I ate more than a cup). HOT DOG!!!! Had I had some more time, I would have added some vegetables. YUM!
