My name is Lori Falcon, and I am a tech nerd. I’ve always loved computers, electronics, and all sorts of gadgets. One of my goals this year was to chase some of my dreams and well, CES (Consumer Electronics Show) is on that list. 
On Thursday, I head to Vegas to make one of my dreams come true. I’m footing my own bill for this because it’s something I’m truly passionate about and want to experience. I’ve said this many times that, while I love my kids and being a mom, I just need a little more stimulation. I feel like my mind has turned into mush because I’ve always put family first of course, and always will, but lets admit it, I live in the middle of nowhere and don’t see anyone. I cook, clean, and tend to kids….not exactly the brain food I need. I do think that I need to remind myself that I’m more than a mom and even still, moms needs mind stimulation.
I’ve got a ton of meetings setup with everything from gamer technology to photography to fitness technology, all of which will provide great content over at ELM, which is where I’ll be sharing it all. The schedule is a bit overwhelming but the networking looks amazing and that excites me. I also have a meeting with a couple of brilliant folks that I hope will help me with some direction on where I want to take things.
I’ll be gone from Thursday – Sunday and soon after I return home, me and Truett are taking a trip to Houston to see my parents which I’m so stinkin’ excited about. I miss my mom a great deal and just want to hang out with her and let her see how totally awesome and cute he is.
