Truett’s CARS Birthday Party – A Real Hallmark Moment

Truett had his 7th birthday this month and celebrated it twice; once at school and once with family at home.  We did the family party early because my mom was down.  It made for a real hallmark moment to be honest with you.  With everything that has happened, it was heartwarming to see her here with us and watching Truett enjoy his birthday.

I’m curious how many of you have bought birthday supplies and spent well over budget because each little thing added up?  Have y’all seen the Hallmark birthday bundles at Walmart?  OMYCOW y’all!  These bundles have everything you need to decorate and make your kiddo’s birthday extra special and fun.  We got the Hallmark CARS birthday bundle and  there is so much in them!  We had streamers, pin the headlight on mater wall hanging, signs, tablecloth, paper plates/napkins/cups, and super cute little cone decorations for the table.  Truett loved every single thing!

He thought the flags for the goody bags were cool and he loved the Winner’s Circle hanging.  He took his picture in front of it several times!

Wilton was nice enough to send me a few other items like the CARS cake pan.  I wanted to decorate his cake super cute but he insisted on doing it himself!  He wanted a yellow car and then used Wilton Gels to ‘paint’ tires and stuff on.

And to top off his CARS birthday party, he got several Disney CARS characters for his Disney Infinity game!

The Hallmark birthday bundles make it so much easier to put everything together.  I didn’t have to do the work of figuring out what to buy to decorate or put in goody bags.  Y’all should check them out. I went online and saw some other super cute themes!  The spiderman looks awesome! The girls aren’t left out at all either.  I saw all kinds of girly themes.
