Blueberry Frozen Breakfast

By A Cowboy's Wife | June 11, 2014

Popsicles for breakfast?!  Why not!  These blueberry breakfast ice pops, with Cheerios, are a super fun way to treat your kiddos on Summer mornings.  You can use any fruit that’s in season. In fact, I have some strawberry ones coming soon.  Both strawberries and blueberries are two of our favorites around here and we always keep Cheerios on hand.  You’ll totally be the cool mom and I guarantee they’ll remember this, even when they’re all grown up!

Happy Summer y’all!

  • ½ cup of blueberries
  • ½ cup of cheerios
  • 2 cups of white milk
  • You want to get your milk and mix in 2 tablespoons of sugar if you want an added sweetness. (Optional)
Instructions
  1. First start by getting your pop molds and putting a few blueberries into each mold. Then layer a few cherrios on top, and repeat until almost to the top.
  2. Then you want to get your milk and fill to the top and place in freeze over night to harden. Then let the kids eat breakfast outside in Popsicle form. They will love you forever!
