Ham Pinwheels

By A Cowboy's Wife | February 6, 2008

This is a super good appetizer!  What I really love about them, is that you can make them the day before and refrigerate them.  Here we go!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 lb. thin sliced ham (deli style) or not, whatever
  • 2 pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 pkg. Ranch dressing mix
  • 1 pkg. large torillas  (the BIG ones)

PREPARATION:

In mixing bowl, bring cream cheese to room temperature.  Add the package of ranch mix and stir until well blended.  With a knife or spoon, spread thin cream cheese mixture onto each tortilla and add 1 layer of ham onto the surface of the tortilla.  Tightly roll the tortillas and place in a large bowl or plate with a lid.  Chill overnight.  Before serving, slice the rolls into 1 inch circles and serve.

I have tried something similiar to the ham pinwheels before. Can’t wait to try this the next time I need to take a dish to a get together.
