RO*TEL’S Rockin’ Guac Recipe

By A Cowboy's Wife | May 1, 2015

Consideration was provided by ConAgra RO*TEL.

I shared with you some basics for hosting a Rockin’ Guac party but also wanted to share a little of what I did with you.  To compliment RO*TEL’s Rockin’ Guac & chips, I decorated our patio table with a few colorful accessories for some spring fun!

RO*TEL Rockin' Guac and Lime-r-rita

I don’t have the budget to go all out with serving pieces and dinnerware so I usually pick up a few things that cost a buck and just mix and match.  I love to use hand towels for each place setting and I always pick things that are vibrant.  It just makes things more fun!  While this would be great for Cinco de Mayo, I really wanted colors that I could use through spring and summer.

Of course, our outdoor fun wouldn’t be complete without RO*TEL’s Rockin’ Guac and Bud Light’s Lime-A-Rita.  These two really a perfect pair and I know I just have more fun when both are around!  The Rockin’ Guac is a zesty dip in a dash when you’re strapped for time it’s guaranteed to make your fiesta muy bueno!

As you can see, it’s super easy to make.  I gotta admit, I never thought about making my guacamole with RO*TEL, but I think we just found our new favorite way to make the dip!  Are y’all planning on hosting any summer parties?
