Cream Cheese and Ham Mini Football Sandwiches

By A Cowboy's Wife | January 30, 2014

Everyone loved the football subs that I shared the other day but said they probably wouldn’t go to the trouble to make the fresh bread.  Well no worries y’all!  I’m bringing you super duper easy mini football sandwiches that leave you with plenty of time to prepare for game day.

Cream cheese and Ham Mini Football Sandwiches

We always think we gotta dress up our sandwich with the traditional mayonnaise or mustard but you know, I LOVE cream cheese and crackers, so it’s gotta be good on a sandwich right?  Yes, yes it was.

These sandwiches use very simple ingredients, including one of our staples, Philadelphia Cream Cheese.  Seriously, cream cheese can be used in so many ways can’t it?   I can think of at least 10 football appetizers. alone. that use cream cheese!  So that I could enjoy more of the family and gametime, I whipped a whole bunch of these up early in the day and they held up well!

If you need some other football food ideas, check out some of our favorites: fiesta buffet, spicy buffalo wings, jalapeno popper dip.  And be sure to check out my list of football movies to get you in the game mode leading up to the big game day!
(Everything bought at Walmart! Duh, it’s my one-stop-shop y’all).
